The block design with solidblocks is engineered for applications requiring a compact, integrated, and customer-oriented solution. Hartmann Valves manufactures solidblocks in various configurations, combining the advantages of integrated designs with robust construction from forged steels. This reduces interfaces, simplifies design, and supports high operational reliability in use.

We support our customers in all project phases – from engineering and in-house manufacturing to installation, maintenance (e.g., pump replacement), and modernization of existing facilities. Our custom-designed API wellheads meet the highest standards in safety, quality, and durability: manufactured from high-quality materials, equipped with gas-tight, metal-to-metal sealing ball valves.

The solidblock Christmas tree offers a compact and highly integrated solution for demanding well applications, especially in gas production. The solid block construction minimizes interfaces and potential leakage points, significantly increasing operational safety and tightness.
The design is available in T- or Y-configurations and is equipped with ball valves as standard. Actuation is by handwheel, gearbox, or combined actuator solutions, allowing flexible adaptation to different operating requirements.
With bore sizes from 2 1/16″ to 6 3/8″ (DN 52 to DN 162) and pressure ratings up to API 10,000 (690 bar), this design is also suitable for high-pressure applications. Connection flanges are available up to 13 5/8″ at the bottom and as studded configurations up to 7 1/16″ at the top and sides.
The design is available in material classes AA to HH and temperature classes K to Y (-46 °C to +345 °C) and can be customized for specific projects.
Practical examples from gas production show that solidblock solutions offer particular advantages where compact design, high-pressure conditions, and maximum operational reliability are required.
Further customized designs are available upon request.
Hartmann solidblocks are designed for demanding applications and ensure reliable and safe shut-off under various operating conditions. Due to their integrated design and the combination of robust construction and high-quality valve solutions, they are particularly suitable for long-term use in safety-critical areas.

A wellhead in block design is an integrated configuration where multiple functions are combined into a compact solidblock. Hartmann offers this series in various configurations. The goal is a compact, robust, and application-oriented solution for demanding well conditions.
The block design enables high functional density with a compact form factor. By reducing connections and components, operational safety is increased, and the risk of leaks is minimized. At the same time, the design allows for flexible, application-specific configuration, such as in T- or Y-designs, so that the wellhead can be optimally adapted to the respective operating conditions.
Solidblock wellheads are designed for demanding operating conditions. For actuated versions, the actuators can be mounted on the rear. This preserves the operability of manual valves and improves accessibility – a clear advantage, especially for compact and integrated designs like solidblocks.
