Hartmann ball valves guarantee maximum safety and availability—even under extreme operating conditions. As reliable shut-off valves, they withstand aggressive media, extreme pressures and temperatures, or frequent actuation cycles. The fully metal seal between ball and seat ring ensures exceptionally long service life through high-quality metallic coating and minimizes maintenance requirements.
The ball valves are equipped with hand levers or gearboxes for manual operation. Automatic actuation is provided by electric, pneumatic or hydraulic actuators and modulating actuators. Equipment variants include, for example, quick-closing, fail-safe-open, fail-safe-close and high-cycle with 200,000 actuations per year. For special process requirements, we develop customized solutions.
