Celle. The Renewable Energy Summit, organised by Hartmann Valves, brought together experts from business, science and politics at the CD-Kaserne in Celle on June 6, 2024. The event combined the topics of deep geothermal energy and hydrogen.
In two parallel presentation tracks on hydrogen and deep geothermal energy, current flagship projects were presented, the latest scientific findings discussed, and political initiatives and developments reviewed.
The Renewable Energy Summit was moderated by Gunda Fahrenkrog (Niedersachsen.next), Dr Jochen Schneider (ENERCHANGE) and Prof. Dr Hanke-Rauschenbach (Leibniz University Hannover), who guided attendees through the varied programme and steered the discussions. The event was characterised by the exchange of knowledge and experience, as well as networking among the various stakeholders.
The motto “Innovations for the reliable energy supply of tomorrow” was at the heart of the event and underscored the importance of each individual in the energy transition. It became clear that, through courage, expertise and, in particular, the exchange of knowledge, significant progress can be achieved together for the future energy supply.
With its mix of in-depth presentations and interactive discussions, the summit provided the 130 participants with comprehensive information and valuable impetus for the future of the energy transition.
