Mengkofen, February 2026 – Hartmann Valves GmbH is expanding its presence in the rapidly growing geothermal market of southern Germany and opening a new service location in Mengkofen, near the A92 highway at Dingolfing.
The deep geothermal energy sector in Germany is growing particularly in the southern part of the country. In addition to the Upper Rhine Graben, the Molasse Basin around Munich is one of the central development regions. As a supplier of wellheads for geothermal projects, Hartmann Valves GmbH supports this development with comprehensive services ranging from initial installation and support during pump replacement to maintenance work.
In light of this development, Hartmann Valves GmbH is expanding its regional service presence and has acquired a new location in southern Germany. The new location in Mengkofen is strategically positioned near the A92 highway and is therefore just over an hour’s drive from Munich. From the second quarter of 2026, the location will be fully operational and creates optimal conditions for reaching customers even faster and more efficiently.
